Steve’s Plumbing & A/C Service

Kailiwai L. and Kaalai M. came as quickly as they could and worked so hard and fast on the hole and grease clogs in my pipes that I almost cried with gratitude. Everything was explained to me in terms that I could understand and the pricing was made clear before any work began. I pray I never have water dripping through my ceiling again, but if I do these are the two professionals I want coming to my house to diagnose the issues and make the repairs.

We r currently remodeling our home and had questions as to the price and process of installing a mini-split system for AC. Ryan at Steve's Plumbing was very professional and knowledgeable as he gave us information as to the process, costs & benefits associated with getting a split AC unit installed. Our remodel will begin soon and we will see at what point we can afford to install the units we like. Thank you Ryan and Steve's Plumbing for being so helpful and professional!

Ryan and Travis did a great job on installing a cooling system in my house. Ryan determined what system would be appropriate for my needs, and he and Travis completed the installation in one day. I am very satisfied with their work and the cooling system.

Steve's Plumbing technician Kailiwai did a great job in completing the installation of a single faucet shower assembly in our bathroom today. He also fixed the leak which is the reason of this job. He is friendly and experienced. I will be having Steve's Plumbing do another single faucet shower assembly in the future. I also would like to acknowledge Kaalai for his quick response in giving an estimate.

So far, I'm satisfied with Steve's Plumbing and maybe they will end up to be our personal plumber for life. Keep up the good work and stay friendly and provide a reasonable repair cost for their client

It was just a quote for a solar water heater replacement, but Ka'alai was on time, professional and very friendly. I got my quote the same day. I called other plumbing services and they either kept changing my appointment due to so called emergencies 3 times which was an inconvenience of having to change our schedules to be at home. Steve's Plumbing is on the top of our list for future troubleshoot calls.

Had a leaking Shut-off valve and needed to have it replaced. I got both shut-off valves replaced. This was done in a timely manner. My tech, Wereloe Baluran, and his assistant did a good job.

Sink leak repair was done for my business. I called them and they were prompt and the technician knew exactly what to do. He suggested certain things needed and did the job quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Steve's was great. I had a sudden leak from the faucet that handles our reverse osmosis system. It was bad enough that I had to turn off the cold water in the kitchen and the system was complicated enough that I didn't want to touch it myself. I called Steve's and they had someone out in a few short hours. They were able to isolate the issue and get my water turned back on in no time.

They had to go get some parts and said they would be back first thing in the morning. Sure enough, they showed up around 8am the next morning to finish the job. I won't hesitate to call them again in the future.

Aaron came promptly was very personable and listened and answered all my questions. He also has a professional demeanor. This is a common quality I have found with all the people I have dealt with at Steve's plumbing. I opted for the best service and it was worth the little bit extra for sure I highly recommend Steve's to a lot of people. They can get it done and make it look good too. Might I also say Aaron was fast and efficient too. Thankyou once again to the fine and talented workers there at Steve's plumbing.

I had my main cold water line bust on Thursday evening coming up on a holiday weekend. I was unable to get anyone to my property to help as my water line was under concrete in a difficult location. I called Steve's on Friday and they sent out someone right away. Canon was our professional and exceeded my expectations. He located the leak and then discovered that not only did I have 1 leak; I had many.

He assured me he would get it done and several days later he did with some help from Jeremiah, another wonderful tech. It was an extremely tough job and he was nothing short of professional and courteous. They even did a very thorough cleaning of the site. I don't typically leave reviews but I will say my experience was nothing short of wonderful considering the catastrophe I had days prior. Steve's isn't the cheapest but the work is quality and the communication is top notch. If I ever have another plumbing problem I know who to call, and especially who to ask for.

A little hiccup in the job, but Aaron did a great job. Cannon did the same next day to follow up! I am very happy with the service Steve's provides. Victor and his helper were available to do work earlier than expected and were very efficient and professional in completing the job in less than an hour once they had the required parts. They replaced two soldered ball valves in an old, unusual shower configuration. They included a new basic shower head at no cost. They also alerted me of out-of-spec very high water pressure and pointed to a faulty pressure regulator near the main house water shutoff.

They will send me an estimate to repair/replace the pressure regulator. I appreciated that they waived the debit card 2% "convenience fee" as well as the $49 service call fee, and also gave me a 1-year warranty instead of the usual 90-day warranty. The attached photo shows the completed work.
