He speaks to stubborn pipes and gets them to release the clogs and bad mojo that stops the flow. Thank you sir for clearing the recurring clogs that other so called professionals could not. Aloha, I would just like to leave a service review for the plumbers at Steve's Plumbing! For the past month we've been having some issues with our bathroom plumbing, and the plumbers from Steve's Plumbing have then absolutely exceptional! There was one plumber who stayed over four hours to try and solve our drainage problem. He did not leave until 1 AM and was so gracious after working so hard to resolve the problem which he did. However, we had an issue in the guest bathroom and our plumber Sunny was able to come in, assess the problem and work on the drainage until it was solved!

He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and even cleaned our tub and toilet before he left! We are very happy with Steve's Plumbing and hopefully the issue has been solved!

Steve's Plumbing and AC came recommended to me so I called them when I had an issue with my old AC unit. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and Jake came out for the service call in the early part of the window given to me (always helpful!). Jake explained everything, gave me options for a repair needed as well as let me know what to expect within the next 2 yrs so that I could plan. No high pressure upselling and he fixed the problem. I will use them again if/when the need arises!

Fantastic service in all aspects! Easy to make an appointment with the friendly dispatcher and they arrived at the agreed time the next day. Leland & Nate came and they quickly identified the problems and took care of them. Leland was very clear and professional in explaining the solutions. I needed to find out if my water heater could be fixed or not and Josh after inspecting it and hearing about the history of it, gave me various actions I could choose. Still no hot water but I am working towards solving the problem. Mahalo Josh.

Jeremiah was the plumber - no place to fill a name in. and he wasn't on your list. You brought him over from Maui. He could not have been more professional, polite or friendlier. Faced with a difficult job - replacing an on demand hot water system with a hard to find replacement. Located one in Hilo, got it up to Honoka'a and we now have hot water. Yes, it was expensive, but we have hot water.

Think all or part of the 225. service call fee should be applied to a contracted job. But if it takes that to get work done, oh, well. Bottom line is Steve's Plumbing and Jeremiah get as many stars that will fit.******** Mahalo nui loa.

We had Jake (from Steve's Plumbing and Air Conditioning) come out to service our air conditioner, and we were pleasantly impressed with the level of care he took. He explained our system much better and more comprehensively than any other service tech before.and we've had several. He gave a bid that was fair and reasonable, then completed the job on the spot.
