In the time we have had these services/Warranty, this is the best experience we have had. Gerald Largo and Adam did an exceptional job with the inspection and cleaning on our AC unit. Their attention to detail, willingness to explain concerns they saw with our unit, potential future issues, and suggestions on repairs was so reassuring. Previous techs have either rushed through the inspection/feedback or focused on up selling.
This experience felt more like a partnership, a desire to fix an issue and the sales part just happens to come with it. Gerald is very knowledgeable and his desire to help others radiates. My husband & I would recommend Emergency Air to the entire US. Russ, Derek & Pat are the best. Also Derek's assistant. They are always welcome back to work on the A/C. Manger - Drew was very knowledgeable and on top of the service that I was requesting & found someone right away to come the same day. Service Tech - Angel was very pleasant and friendly man with a smile. He was very knowledgeable in everything that was needed to be done and he got right to work quickly and efficiently. Kendrick came yesterday and did the maintenance on my air conditioner. He found an incredibly dirty filter in the unit and since it got too dark to continue, he came back today and did extra service cleaning the filter and did an exceptional job. This July my 12 year old AC units were struggling to cool the house and I was informed my units needed to be replaced. I contacted multiple contractors including Emergency Air. Kristian represented Emergency Air and was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of my current unit and provided multiple options to replace my current units from lowest cost up to more expensive and efficient units available.
He explained in detail the installation process and what Emergency Air would be able to improve based on their installation. Kristian helped me get the best price on the new multi stage efficient units I liked. Raoul and his installation team were very professional and courteous. The new Carrier units have performed flawlessly since installation in July and electric bills have seen a significant decrease so far. Thank You Emergency Air and your team.

Tech came in with good knowledge. Took his time to explain and suggest items I might need without being too pushy. Went through the entire system. The last guy didn't spend the time up in the attic as this tech did. I felt like I was being taken care of. The only complaint I would have is the processing fee. I get it but pretty high IMO.

The technician was the most professional and knowledgeable tech we've experienced. He took time and photos to explain to me in detail the problems with our a/c. He also explained and showed the work-arounds done by the previous home warranty techs. Now I understand why, even though we have solar panels, our utility bill is so high. To be quite honest, he did above and beyond the $39.99 a/c tune up special. I highly recommend Emergency Air.

I would give Emergency Air 5 stars. Fernando provided great service. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and that he would take pictures and share with me. I was welcome to observe him if I wanted to watch what he was doing. He explained the issues he found and provided options. He took care to make sure my home was clean when he left.

Ariel is amazing! He came out to do a second opinion inspection after a different company damaged my AC unit multiple times. He was able to immediately identify the poor workmanship and haphazard fixes from the previous company and knew the solutions. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I would be extremely comfortable with him completing the required repairs!

After using and having a service maintenance agreement with another well known a/c & heating company for about 15 years we were becoming more dissatisfied with their service, attitude and prices. So we decided to give Emergency Air a try, what an excellent decision it was. They were responsive, professional and fairly priced. Last week I was on my couch watching t.v. When I noticed I was perspiring? I went to check the temperature in my home which I keep at 76, the thermostat read 90! I did a search on my phone & found Emergency Air Heating and Cooling. I gave them a call & within 90 minutes a Technician was at my door. Everyone was professional, James R is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, included pictures, and was quick, he seemed honest. I was very happy with the service I received from Summer and Teagen with the appointment process. I received reminders and a photo of the tech. The part he replaced was pricey, even with a discount. I don't have any comparable prices. My unit is on the roof so I trusted what James showed and told me. The inside unit was not checked other than the coil.

Pat was professional, performed a thorough assessment and provided me with detailed feedback on the issue. He got us up and running again and we are very thankful. Really impressed by the customer service. Appointment was set really fast even in the heat of AZ summer. Service technician Josh Marcelain was extremely quick at diagnosing the issue. He reralized he had a tool missing for the job, but he was back within 30 minutes with the tool to take care of the fix. I have had Carrier A/C in my house for a long time and they truly stand by their customer service and support! Kudos!
