I live in Orlando, near Disney, where they create a moment of magic, not misery, for the millions of tourists who visit here each week. Yet, Rachel, Elissa, Richard and their team have always gone above and beyond with their service.

I truly appreciate them! I am ignorant when it comes to air filters and correct sizing, etc. Alyssa was very patient with me and walked me through how to measure for my soon-to-be custom built frame they built and sent with the filters. I recommend going with a year supply and auto-reorder. Less worries and less stress. No more coughing in my home from the dust particles that my other filters always missed. Best filter I have ever used! Not only is this filter durable and long lasting but it's the highest quality filter I've used. I hated those cardboard filters I get from the stores. They did nothing for my family! These have been the only filters I buy for over a year.

I have used filter factory for a number of years now and I have always been impressed by the quality of their products and customer service. Recently, I ordered a new size of AC filter and Elissa called me to discus the dimensions of the filter. She wanted to be certain that I had not made a mistake and didn't want me to wast my money on a filter that would not fit. These filters are the best. They actually work.we can tell when the filter needs changing! Highly recommend them. I just wish the website were a little easier to use!
