Very positive experience. Was given a time slot of 8-10 and received a text at 7:50 that Chad was on the way. We had a slow kitchen drain. 2 others guys had looked at it and wouldn't touch it since the pipes are old. Although Chad was hesitant, he took on the job and was able to clear the drain quickly and without any issues. Cleaned up and double and triple checked that all was ok.

Pregnant and air conditioning went out! Hansen was able to come out quickly! Appreciate the service and good communication. Easy fix.

As a condo owner a state away I was looking for good local plumber. I called Hansen first. The contractor was easy to contact during after hours with the answering service, clearly documenting information. I received an early appointment the very next morning. Technician was on site by 8 AM. I received a text prior to his departure. Once on site the communication with technician regarding repairs and the cost was clearly stated. Technician clearly communicated the status of the repair after completion.

Service repair was quick (as expected) Cost was reasonable. I received an email copy of the invoice immediately after. Myself being a 20 year commercial service technician I can appreciate the level of service, punctuality and communication that I received for this repair. Thank you

I had a Frankenstein looking plumbing setup for my backyard hose. It was a dumpster fire and wasn't a good situation. In addition- when I had my pool auto-fill installed a few years ago- it was plumbed into a hot water line by some random company. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mark from Hansen Family Plumbing. What a great guy. He saw the problem and offered a great solution at a very fair price.

In addition- Mark went out of his way to help secure some pipes to my wall- when that wasn't part of his problem today. He just saw it wasn't done (and I was clueless) and took care of it. I'm so excited to have an amazing plumbing referral in the event something goes bad. Run- do not walk, to get Hansen Family to your spot. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none.

In the fall I'm looking forward to Mark installing a new tankless water system. My water heater. Ow is running on thoughts and prayers- so soon it's time. I really appreciate having top notch professionals like Mark do such amazing work. It's not common today- and when you find it- you have to appreciate it. Thanks again Mark- you're the best!

Our HVAC technician DJ from Hansen Family Plumbing and Air was wonderful. Very communicative about the issue and explained our options. This was are third opinion on our AC issue and Hansen Family came in the lowest by $800 and was worth it. Hope we have no more issues the season and if we do we'll have DJ from Hansen Family back out.

We have had three guys from Hansen's out to our house since we closed just over a week ago. They have been so kind and helpful with all of the problems we keep running into. For the sump pump problem, we thought we would have to use a different company due to our home warranty but when they proved to be a joke, we got to go back and have Hansen's come back instead.

These guys always remained professional and courteous. They were honest, fair, and completed the jobs in a timely manner. Hopefully we don't have anymore plumbing issues for quite some time, but if we do, I can guarantee you that we will be calling Hansen's. Update as of January 24, 2024: we have since had someone out at least 2 more times for different issues.

They are always quick and courteous. When explaining the problems, they are great about first explaining it in technical terms and then they explain it again using language I can understand. This company will take care of their customers always. Never thought we would be so loyal to a plumbing company but we won't be using anyone else as long as we live here.

Just for some extra info, they have replaced the faucets for the washing machine, replaced our water softener, fixed the sump pump, repaired a part on the toilet, looked at the water softener when we thought it was acting up again, and now had to fix someone else's work on the a/c unit sealing. Truly a well rounded company that employees extremely knowledgeable people.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Hansen Family Plumbing. Robert was patient and friendly. He provided an estimate for us and answered all of my questions. As soon as I accepted the estimate, I received a call to schedule service. Robert came back to do the work, showed up on time, and was very thorough. First off let me say I was so apprehensive about calling a plumber being that we had just had a nightmare experience with another company. I called Hansen plumbing and they were immediately responsive and scheduled me right away. The unique touches of adding a brief bio on the plumber they were sending over, was really nice. Jerry is a wonderful person that was so intuitive and really listened to us.

He is a true professional in every aspect of the word. He is honest, knowledgeable, and respectful from start to finish. As business owners ourselves we know how huge of an asset team members like this are. The world needs more Jerry's! This company has got it right and we will continue to use them for years to come (old house problems) we are so relieved to have found them. If you are looking for a company with integrity that genuinely cares this is it!

Preston was friendly, fast and efficient. He came at the beginning of the window of time I was provided which was a great help to avoid a busy time of day for our business. He was able to ascertain quickly what needed to be done and did so effectively.

We've had Hansen to our Scottsdale home twice. Scheduling is straightforward via phone, email, or web. I believe they give an honest estimate and complete quality work. The most recent visit involved replacing front and back outdoor spigot. The rear one is also the auto water feeder line to the pool. Mark replaced with copper. Quality, skilled work with upfront dialogue about a cost upcharge to go with brass to combat the AZ heat. Hansen is not inexpensive, but we felt they are reliable, thorough, and communicative. All plusses.

I have known the Hansen family for a long time. This family business is truly a reflection of the amazing people they are. It was very easy to call and make an appointment. They were able to come out and install a water pressure regulator for my house within a few days. They were on time and did a great job of explaining the installation and getting the work done quickly. Pricing was reasonable and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. I had a great experience and will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

We recently had the water heater in our home replaced by Hansen Family Plumbing. Our Technician, Robert, was fantastic. Robert came to our home and recommended the size and type of water heater we needed. The water heater was professionally installed and we are very pleased with the level of service. Robert also did some under-the-kitchen sink plumbing work for us while he was here to fix a problem we were having with our sink drain. We highly recommend Hansen Family Plumbing.

Preston Mitchell-Brooks just replaced my toilet and drained my hot water heater. He was efficient, professional, obviously takes pride in his work and in addition, pleasant and easy to deal with! Hansen Family Plumbing has been out several times in the last few years and has been great. They now offer AC and heating service and I am switching over after eight years with a different company.

Hansen quickly responded to my inquiry regarding a pinhole leak in a pipe located in front of my house and scheduled a next day appointment. Robert was sent for our service call and quickly identified the root of the issue. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and quoted us at a very reasonable price. Robert completed the work in only a few hours and gave me a thorough walkthrough of what work was done. I didn't have a dedicated plumbing company prior to Robert's visit but happy to say that Hansen will be my go-to for my plumbing needs in the future.

5 out of 5 compliments! Yesterday I had a 1995 shower faucet where the handle just kept spinning. Upon discovery I read through the Yelp reviews of Hansons Family Plumbing and was impressed with their ad and great comments of praise. I called and was immediately greeted with "what can we can help you with?" I was impressed that someone picked up the phone!

I made arrangements for an estimate for the shower repair and a dripping faucet. She had an opening for the NEXT morning. The very pleasant young man reviewed the concern and said I can repair all now if you'd like. He had to go to the supply house and would be right back. 30 min or so later he did, repaired all and we couldn't be more impressed. I will use Hanson again and We strongly recommend this company!

Funny we needed a quote for a job and while he was here we were impressed with the knowledge and friendliness when we had questions on everything HVAC and water heater related. Ended up getting a much needed service on our A/C unit to ensure longevity and functionality. Work completed on the spot. Appreciate working with you. Tate was our technician and he did a fantastic job on our broken water heater. The area that it was in was hard to maneuver, but he did it with a smile and get it done attitude. We were impressed with how quick he came out and was able to replace it. It is a slower season for them, but literally he was here within 30 minutes of my initial call. I would highly recommend Tate. He was worth every penny.

This was our first time using Hansen Family Plumbing and Air. I scheduled a tune-up going into the hot summer months since we had just purchased our house and wanted to make sure the unit was operating efficiently. James was our technician. He arrived on time and we got text updates as to when he was heading our way, etc. which I appreciated! James was very professional and did a great job.

He let me know of a couple of things that we may need to address down the line with the unit. I know nothing about AC units and he did a great job of explaining it all to me! I will definitely be using Hansen Family again for plumbing and AC needs.
