Called Super Brothers to replace a failing water heater that someone else had installed. And while I don't often write these reviews, Valentin the installer and all the people in the front office were just amazing. Very competitive pricing, but the courtesy and accommodation by the office, and the thoroughness and professionalism of the installer, stood out even more. Thanks all for making a difficult situation much easier to handle.

I recently have a heat pump WH tank replacement. The whole process is a breeze including permitting, rebate application and installation. Boris is the best, he works alone and manages to finish Tank and new electrical circuit installation, cleaning and hauling the old tank within 6 hours. It passed the city final inspect yesterday and the inspector has high remarks on the quality of the installation. These guys are second to none.

We decided to take advantage of available rebates and replace our gas water heater with a heat pump water heater. We also had our water heater relocated from inside the house into the garage. A crew of two arrived and dismantled an entire gas, air conditioning and heating system and replaced it with an electric version over one and a half days. Could not have been a better experience with workers in the house. Everything was kept clean and orderly, and they were completely professional throughout. I've recently had our HVAC replaced by Super Brothers. We had Dima give an estimate and walk through with us what system he recommended and how the work would proceed. You can tell right away all the experience he has, that he has personally done the work before, when he goes over everything. Previous companies we talked to seemed to be more like sales men looking to make the sale with very little technical knowledge.

Overall Super Brothers had the better estimate and we decided to go with them. I wanted to just say thank you to the technicians, Valera and Nik. They did a great job, making sure everything was protected and cleaned. I really appreciated the communication they had with me, letting me know when it would be better to take my daughter outside due to the noise they would be making.

The Mini Split we had installed with cassettes is amazing, can really feel the difference in the air coming out. The ducts they took out from my original system was so disgusting I couldn't believe it. I would definitely say to consider Super Brothers if your considering replacing your HVAC.

They have done the following work for me: - gas line installation for backyard barbecue - new hot water heater installation - new toilet installations - new garbage disposal installation Every single time they have been very responsive, prompt, professional, neat and polite. We've used Super Brothers Plumbing numerous times on different houses and continue to have great service. Super Brothers responded to my request for a quote very quickly and prices were very reasonable. He texted before he came out and let me know when he was close by. He understood exactly what drain needed to be unclogged and did so in record timing. He did not try to upsell us on replacing pipes as 2 other plumbers suggested. He left the area clear and clean and even gave my husband some tips on areas that could use some preventative care so that leaks wouldn't occur in the future.

I liked that he saw my husband was capable of doing some things on his own and gave us the option to do it ourselves to save us some money. They are a great value and being new to this area, I'm glad that we have a go to plumbing company that we trust. Called Super Bros after another company quoted me 4x the going rate for a hose bib replacement out front. Jose called to let me know he was running early and confirm he could come by; he was prompt and professional, and completed the repair/replacement of my cracked hose bib in less than 30 minutes. We just completed a house repipe and new sewer line install. We had three estimates. Super Brothers (Dimitar) was the most knowledgeable estimator. We appreciated his honest recommendations and he gave us an estimate much less than the other two. We felt very confident in using Super Brothers. We were not disappointed. Super Mario Plumbing has exceeded all my expectations and more with there service. My water heater needed to be replaced and I contacted three different companies for quotes. It seemed a little fishy because the content of the reviews was completely the opposite of what I and so many others experienced with the company.

I was skeptical so I checked Yelp and there weren't negative reviews. I know that Yelp uses a thorough process in order to post on their site, which confirmed that these reviews are FAKE! I called Dimitar at Super Mario and he confirmed that they had no records of the "customers" that posted on this site and that the company is pursuing legal action. I stand by this company because of my family's long-standing relationship with them and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

We had a very bad situation going on under our house at a very hard time for our family, but Super Mario Plumbing helped us through it! Super Mario is the best! We are so happy that we found them! They responded quickly to my plumbing problem - my Rheem gas water heater quit working. The dispatcher who answered the phone (I didn't have to leave a message!) asked me to take a couple of pictures and send them to him. As soon as he received the photos he called me back with a quote. They had the replacement parts on hand, and the plumber who did the work (Ben) was quick, professional and accurate. He even spent time showing me how to relight the pilot if it should go out again.
