From the very first phone call, Darien getting our AC going until we could get a new one, to the duct cleaning by Bren Sharp and Andrew Niebauer including killing a giant spider for me and bringing our garbage cans in, our experience with this company has been amazing. Highly recommend.

Bren and Andrew did an excellent job of cleaning our air ducts. They were very professional during the process and took pictures to explain what they had encountered. They arrived on time and quickly completed the work. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Just Right Air.

We have a mini-split and haven’t found anyone competent in the area until Just Right came out. Kurt was very knowledgeable and troubleshooted the problem and provided expert level service, suggestions and guidance. He asked great questions leading us to a less costly fix. Wonderful customer service and care! We signed up for the VIP program and already scheduled our next tune up, they have great follow up and communication all through the process. I would recommend their team to anyone. This group isn’t about taking advantage of your ignorance, they educate and explain. That’s the best practice for any service

Service men were great! Answered all our questions and explained things in a way we could understand. One even helped us clean up a minor flood in our kitchen that happened while we were busy talking to them. Superior in every way. Wish I knew their names. Maybe you can look up who was sent to do our service. They certainly deserve a tip.

We are return customers. This business is great to work with! They have good communication and always call to let you know when they will arrive. Our nearly twenty year old furnace needed to be replaced. Thanks to Jeremy, Clint, Sid and (I think) Dan, the job was taken care of from start to finish in a. timely, efficient, professional, clean manner. Really “Just Right”!

We have always had great service from Just Right Heating and Cooling. I particularly recommend Kurt, who is super. He helped us solve a number of problems, including figuring out how to redirect heat out of the basement without having to redo the entire venting system. Highly satisfied!

I love this company!! I was desperate to find a company after being mistreated and overcharged by another company. I called them once and had a technician out there the next day. Problem was solved. I am a part of their program where they come out twice a year to maintain my furnace and air conditioner. They always make sure my furnace and air conditioner are in prime working condition. I have not had one issue with my units since having them service them. You'd be remiss not to trust their expertise in their field!!
