This A/C company was an absolute pleasure to work with. Camilo was extremely friendly and accommodating over the phone, and scheduled the earliest appointment for us to get our A/C fixed. The tech, Justin, was courteous, professional and was able to get us up and running in under 2 hours(and our unit needed a ton of work) Highly recommend PureTek for your future air needs!

Alex and James were fantastic. If you need a company that answers the phone and shows up on the same day this is it. I called around Noon and they immediately picked up the call, requested a text and email which worked great to keep me updated. James called 30 minutes before they arrived and both technicians came across as very knowledgeable about our Hayward pool heater. Do yourself a favor and call PureTek 1st because I lost time calling around but was lucky enough to get them engaged.

Alex, James, Justin, Erica and the rest of the team have been very professional since day one. They installed two new systems at our office last year, and we are very pleased with the results. Alex was always very communicative, lead times were short, and they have been excellent to work with for maintenance and repairs. James and Justin showed up at 9AM and worked nonstop until after 6PM. Crane showed up on time and swapped out roof unit very quickly. Super nice guys and everyone has been very responsive. The owner came out in the late afternoon to check the roof and inside unit. I would recommend Pure Tek Air to anyone needing AC service and installation.

They came out exactly when they said they would and found the problem fast on our pool heater which wouldn't run They found a loose wire which easily could have been an extra cost for parts but instead they showed honesty which is rare in the state of Florida. They came back next day because unknownst to them because they would have to wait hours to find out my thermostat wasn't running correctly which I knew was probably the problem of heating over the set temp.

Which they gave me two alternatives and I'm very happy finally someone has come through with being just honest and professional and that's pride in their business and definitely should be proud. Thanks to your company and the people that work for you.
