Our A/C failed at 7 pm Saturday evening in 90° weather. DCC answered the phone that evening, came out Sunday morning, gave us a quote and was installing a new A/C & furnace first thing Monday morning. DCC is professional and courteous. The HVAC company I had a service contract with, never returned my call.

I had the pleasure of working with Justin yesterday for a problem with my AC. He assessed the problem and had my unit working again within a half an hour. I've used him several times before not only on my own home but at my late brothers home as well. I have his number saved in my phone for all my AC needs. I highly recommend him!

I have a business with 2 roof top Air Conditioners that were broke on a 90 degree day, he was able to fix both in a super quick amount of time. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and I'm beyond pleased with their service. I had gotten a smart thermostat off of Amazon and had it hooked up through a friend. I called on a Saturday since my furnace was out and DTW tried to fix it 2 times and did not. Downriver climate control came out same day I called within an hour. My house was at 46degrees and very cold. The owner of the company got my furnace working, but he hung out to make sure it did not quit. As he was waiting, the furnace cut out again. The tech realized that a switch was bad and he installed one and got the furnace working again.

The owner of the company called back a few hours late to check on the furnace and to make sure the house was warm. I was very impressed with the response time and how concerned he was about making sure the house was warm again. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!

Justin is great! I was having a ton of trouble with my control board, motor, and air conditioning unit. His rate was extremely fair, aligned with current market prices, he worked efficiently, and was extremely professionals. He did a great job of educating me as to what the problems were which made me feel very confident about the work he was doing and why previous attempts to fix the control board issues failed.
