Sean and his partner were punctual and professional when my HVAC system needed to be replaced during a heat wave earlier this summer. Sean even brought in a separate fan for my crated dog while they worked. The price was about 1/3 less than a competitor had given me. Everything has been working fine and I'll be using them for all my future HVAC needs!

All of the Burkee technicians who have been to our home to service our systems over the years are professional, polite, and competent in their work. They always arrive on time. We recently had our heat pump and air conditioning system replaced. The quote was explained well, and the pricing was fair. The technicians completed the job in a timely manner. Due to a blast of arctic air we got to see Matthew for the second time - he came out in the fall to inspect our system and this time to take a look at our little heat pump that couldn't keep up- he is knowledgeable and personable -two excellent attributes to have when working with customers. We will be working with Burkee climate control in the near future to come up with an auxiliary back up so we will be better prepared for the winter weather!

Our HVAC system went down at 5 in the morning during the Winter, and within 30 minutes of calling Burkee they had sent out engineers. The lady that answered the phone was polite and efficient. George diagnosed the issue with a few seconds, showed me what had happened, and explained the next steps clearly and professionally. He did everything he could to get the parts needed to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Solid 10/10 service. My wife and I will be happy to call upon Burkee's services again in the future. George was the technician who diagnosed the issues with my old system and then returned to perform the final checkout on a new heat pump system installed by other Burkee technicians. George is very thorough and meticulous in his work. I am very happy with the Amana system that Burkee has installed and I'm looking forward to many years of comfort from it.

Burkee installed my new heater and a/c a few years ago. They have maintained my old system and my new one for approximately 15 years. This company is the best. Had a faulty furnace after 3 years. Needed a new one and wasn't covered under warranty. Had 2 other people (friend who used to do HVAC and an insurance claim HVAC company) all agree it needed a replacement so I knew they weren't just trying to screw me over saying I needed something I didn't. They were proactive almost daily checking in with me how the insurance process was going, when they could arrive to install the new one and even upfront on what they would do to keep what happened to my original furnace from happening again.

Once all was said and done they gave me an upgraded unit at no additional cost because they couldn't get the right size furnace in stock quick enough for me. Needless to say you need to get this company on your yearly maintenance rotation.

We were so happy with the service we received from Burkee. We have had a few other companies come out and take a look at our heat pump but could never get a straight answer for what the issue was. The tech Kyle did a full diagnostic look at the inside and outside of the heat pump and determined the issue quickly. Kyle did a great job explaining everything and was extremely professional and helpful in answering all our questions. Beyond happy with Burkee Climate Control! I received EXCELLENT customer service from Vicki when scheduling an appointment for a long overdue A/C tune-up.a few days later, we suddenly needed a repair. EXCELLENT customer service from Jeff! VERY responsive and they were able to schedule a repair quickly! I got a text a day prior to my schedule repair, and then a call when they were 10 minutes away (AWESOME!).

The technicians, Kyle and Hayden, were experts! PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS, they actively listened to me as I shared what was going on and immediately found the issue.
