Matt and Justin did a fantastic job overhauling my boiler. I contacted several other HVAC companies and was dismayed. I was told I needed parts I knew I didn't need and was given outrageous estimates for the work. They are honest, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I called Lakeshore Heating & Cooling for a furnace tune-up after one of the bigger companies in the area didnt bother calling me back. Im so glad I did! Matt, the Lead HVAC Technician, is not only super nice, but he is honest. He wont try to sell you anything you dont need. The companys prices are more than fair, and they are extremely communicative.
They quickly responded to my online request for an estimate and sent me email and text reminders about my appointment, including a photo of the technician who would be coming to our house. Lakeshore Heating & Cooling has definitely earned our business from here on out.

My AC stopped working and Matt and his team were able to get me an appointment early the next day. Matt came, assessed the problem quickly and resolved the issue all within 30ish minutes. We had issues with our motherboard and transformer. Matt & Staff came out and replaced both without any hassles! Matt came to look at my AC unit as quit working. Matt was fantastic, came out the same day, problem was fixed and resolved. My AC unit and furnace are also both older (each 30+ years) and Matt gave solid information about the future for both, replacing them (if/when), BUT he didn't try to sell me a completely new HVAC system. Matt gave me information about both units instead. I'd highly recommend for HVAC services and will be having Matt back out early fall for a furnace cleaning and tune up.

Excellent! 5 STARS! Same day service, extremely fair prices. Matt came out at 7:30 at night to fix my central air, saying he did not want me to have to try and sleep thru another night without it. I was very impressed by Matt's kindness and prompt service. Not only did he come out after regular business hours for a problem that could of easily waited for another day, but his fee for this "after hours" service call was likely less than what any other company would have charged me for service during regular business hours, I expected to pay at least twice as much! Matt is the Heating & AC guy we've all been looking for!

My furnace stopped working sometime Friday night and as it always is, I was hosting a dinner party Saturday evening! After three well-known HVAC companies said they couldn't get part(s) until Monday; Matt, the owner of Lakeshore Heating & Cooling, not only said he'd get the part that day but quoted me a price for part & install LESS than all the others! Matt, showed up on-time with the part and 30 minutes later my heat was on! Call Matt at Lakeshore Heating & Cooling! He's fair, punctual, and most important, he cares about getting YOUR problem fixed!

We would like too thank Matt for one, being there when we had no heat, we had 3 other companies at our home one who had us buying a part that wasn't the problem, another one had no idea and the third one said we needed a new furnace $7,000.00, ouch, we called Matt he came and checked it out and here we go the good news, we didn't need a new furnace because it's a high efficiency one and all parts are covered under warranty for life, other guy did not mention that to us but did mention that the furnace was to big for the house and knew it was a high efficiency furnace and tried to get us for a whole new furnace.
