I wanted to replace my old thermostats which were installed by the previous homeowners. From talking to the thermostat manufacturer, they were potentially tied to the security system which I was unable to uninstall. I was able to schedule Alex the same morning I spoke with him and he replaced the thermostats and even painted over the white patches the old units left. He waited for me to verify both thermostats work and answered all my questions. Thanks!

Great crew with excellent manners, on time, very clean work area. We used Alex and his team to replace air ducts and AC unit. They took great consideration of figuring out the amount of air flow in the house. The new AC unit is very quiet and the entire house is nice and cold. One of our room would get so little air before. Now it is nice and cold and it becomes our favorite room. We will be recommending Positive plumbing, heating and AC for AC and Heater work or maintenance. Best AC company we have ever had. We got a quote from Alex to replace our old HVAC system. Their price is super competitive and it shows that their focus is to help people rather than maximizing profits. They came the next business day on time - Ive heard other companies wont even talk to you until a few months away. They prep the area neat and clean.
They finish the job well and did everything by the code. They didn't try to sell you something that you don't need, which is a big deal for us due to bad experience we had when we worked with other HVAC company. A true honest and professional company. Two thumbs up!

Alex and Angel are very professional and thorough in their job. They replace our entire HVAC system with AC Pro SEER 18 variable speed system (some people call it dual stage), replace our old air ducts with the latest kind in the industry (the one with shiny aluminum material), add additional return air opening & new vents in some rooms that are lacking airflow, replace vent grills in all rooms and bring everything up to code for a really competitive price that beats any other contractors I have been shopping around Orange County.
If you're shopping around, look no further. Call them asap. It saves you time and energy. DONT JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER! I feel they're like the good neighbors who try to help, rather than a businessman who tries to maximize profits. I trust them for any future hvac or plumbing job I will have around the house. DONT LISTEN TO THOSE 1 STAR COMMENTS! They dont know what they're talking about and they are probably just some jealous & insecure competitors

We used Alex to redo our AC drain pipe line since the previous contractor didn't do a good job in running the AC evap coil drain line. The previous contractor somehow combine the primary and the secondary drain line into one pipe which is not up to code. If there were clogging on the line somehow, it would've flooded our entire attic and it's definitely gonna be a disaster. Alex complete the job in no time and carefully explain how the primary and secondary drain line works. We are so grateful for Alex and we'd recommend Alex for anyone who needs to do things around the house the right way.

Our furnace stopped working Saturday morning. It's an older model. I called Positive Plumbling around 9 a.m. and he answered right away. Said someone would make it by the afternoon. The technician Alex called later that day and said he was on his way, and was right on time. In less than 30 minutes he diagnosed the problem. He explained the issue and answered my questions about different ways to fix it.
