They return calls very timely. They have an "after hours" message service. Scheduling is effortless.
They send updates when the tech is on the way...you even are given a tracking app to see how far away the tech is in your scheduled day/time. AND their pricing is reasonable and technicians are professional. I can't say enough good things about CAPITOL DUCT
