I had some A C issues and Gabriel came out diagnosed the problem ,he said it was fixed and he was gone 2 hours later their was no AC.He explain the problems came back the next day and said they had to install a part that was under warranty but the part wouldn’t be in for 5 days, so I was extremely upset going without AC for 5 days,again when Gabriel came back he installed the txv valve and checked everything and was good to go, again called and complained to the owner Randy and he said he would make it right and as Gabriel stated very thorough in his notes before he left he noticed the fan on the condenser unit kind of hesitating before start up.
To make a long story short this company came out replaced the condenser motor for free no charge! and explained it to me and I said I would pay them the next day to see if there were any issues.
I actually drove to the office and met the owner Randy great guy honest and sincere on his word!
You can sure tell when people love what they do !
