When AP Mechanical was established over 20 years ago by Arthur Pratt, he already had over 30 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry. In 2003, Todd Mannie joined the company. He brought along with him training in automated controls and building management, commercial refrigeration, and boilers. After completing his apprenticeship with the company, he received his Washington State Journeyman and Electrical Administrator licenses as well as certification in EPA universal refrigerants.
